Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Back Path website and related flows, including intake screening and checkout. They are an operational draft, not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.
Last updated: September 2026
Acceptance of terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The Back Path service
Back Path is a digital six-month rehabilitation pathway combining education, progressive movement programming, tracking, flare-up guidance, and chiropractor messaging during the program window. This website currently presents the public marketing site, an intake screening, and a checkout flow that can collect a payment method.
Member app access, accounts, and live charging are not fully operated through this website yet. Features described in marketing copy describe the intended program, not a guarantee that every feature is live for every visitor today.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. The intake questionnaire is a screening aid, not a diagnosis and not a determination that Back Path is medically appropriate for you.
Accounts
The login page is a member-entrance interface. Back Path does not currently operate consumer authentication on this website. Submitting the login form does not create an account, does not verify a password, and does not grant program access.
Program access
Completing screening or checkout does not, by itself, guarantee immediate access to the full member product. Access, messaging hours, and continuation options described on the site apply to the six-month program when that program is delivered to a member.
Payments and pricing
The six-month program is presented at $67 per month for six payments, or $399 paid upfront. Those are two ways to pay for the same six-month program — not an open-ended $67/month membership. After six months, continued app access without chiropractor messaging is described at $9.99/month.
Checkout on this website currently verifies a payment method through Stripe at $0. Back Path does not collect payment through this website yet. A successful SetupIntent is not a charge and is not a promise that a later charge will occur on a particular date.
Third-party payment processing
Payment fields are hosted by Stripe. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment method you submit. Back Path does not receive raw card number or CVC through those hosted fields.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund, cancellation, and cooling-off terms have not been published on this site yet. They will be added here when the operating policy is confirmed. Nothing on this page creates a refund right, and nothing on this page denies a right you may have under applicable law.
Educational and rehabilitation nature of the service
Back Path is educational and rehabilitative in nature. It is not a medical diagnosis, imaging service, emergency department, or individualized in-person examination. Educational statements on the site are referenced on the research page. Back Path itself has not been evaluated in a clinical trial of this product.
Read the medical disclaimer. Nothing here promises that pain will resolve, that six months is required or sufficient for every person, or that Back Path is superior to physiotherapy or other care.
No emergency services
Chiropractor messaging, when available to members, is not emergency care and is not monitored as a crisis line. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
Appropriate use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe systems you are not authorized to access, submit harmful content, impersonate another person, or use the intake or checkout flows to mislead Back Path or its processors.
Intellectual property
The Back Path name, logos, copy, program structure, education materials, and site design are owned by Back Path or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish them except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.
Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse engineer the service, overload it, harvest other people’s information, or use automated means to access checkout, intake, or administrative areas. You may not use the site to provide care to others as if you were Back Path.
Third-party services
The site may link to or embed third-party services, including Stripe and external research sources. Those services are not operated by Back Path, and their terms and privacy practices apply.
Availability and modifications
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the website, pricing presentation, screening, or checkout without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers
The site and program information are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Path disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of Back Path will produce a particular clinical outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Path and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have actually paid to Back Path for the program, if any.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site if we believe these terms have been violated or if we need to protect the service or other people. You may stop using the site at any time.
Governing law
The operating legal entity, mailing address, and governing jurisdiction for Back Path have not been published on this site. This section will be updated when those details are confirmed. Until then, these terms do not designate a governing law or venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and legal structure change. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to that later use.
